SUMMARY:Sista Checkin: You Good?
DESCRIPTION:This members only session will cover how we fuel 1M4…by protecting our mental health. Therapy\, community\, self-preservation through self-care\, and other methods will be discussed to ensure we are Good (like for real Good; not the “I’m fine” that we casually throw out when asked how we are). Mentally and emotionally thriving is how we are able to sustain in the life saving work that we do. \nWe “never ask for permission to save our own lives” around here. (quote from Morgan of GirlTrek) \nIf you are not a member\, be sure to join our email list to be informed of open Sista Checkins and other 1M4 events\,
