This Sista Checkin we’ll discuss the importance of therapy. I invited my therapist to join in on the discussion. It’s important that we protect our mental health.
After hearing of the murders of Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor… along with the heaviness of Covid 19’s impact on the Black community… we as Black women will meet virtually to release our anger & frustrations then end the conversation with actionable goals to turn our anger into fuel.
