Whether you’re caring for a parent, a child, a spouse, or a whole community, this session is for you.Together, we’ll reflect on what it’s meant to show up for others while juggling the weight of the world — from election stress and economic uncertainty to personal responsibilities and emotional fatigue. Most importantly, we’ll talk about what it means to choose gratitude, even in the midst of everything.Join us for a restorative evening of real talk, reflection, and sisterhood.
