Ask Me Anything “AMA” Edition: 1M4 Sista Checkin

Our biweekly Sista Check-in is happening Wednesday, January 25th! This week’s check-in will be an AMA edition (aka Ask Me Anything). During this session bring any and all questions you have about 1M4, the Founder, the other sistas, how we handle stress, etc…whatever is on your mind and we’ll answer fully and transparently. We also have some questions for you, particularly about public safety and mental health in the Black community.
We will start the session checking in on each of you and then move into our focus of the week.
As always, the Sista Check-ins are your safe space to share (or listen in) within a community of care-centered, solution-oriented Black women. We want you to come as you are, and no matter the topic, leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and ready to step into the next day as your most authentic self.
