As we are preparing to go into this holiday weekend, we want each of you to commit to at least 2 hours of “no labor” over the three day weekend. That’s no emails. No laundry. No putting someone else first.
2 hours committed to rest, reflection, and resetting.
Resetting our minds, our bodies…our selves.
