As I was deciding what this Sista Checkin would focus on… I kept coming back to Love. With it being Black History Month and Valentine’s Day in a few short days, I wanted us to have a space to share how we’re showing love to ourselves as the complex, multi-faceted beings that we are.

We will have a Licensed Professional Counselor as our special guest as we discuss self-love in its many forms.
